1. Introduction
Welcome to Score Maverick. By using our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are intended to ensure a smooth, transparent, and secure experience for all clients and are compliant with applicable advertising and content policies, including those of Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
2. Services Provided
Score Maverick offers original music composition services tailored for animation, film, trailers, and branded content. We collaborate closely with clients to ensure the music aligns with their creative vision, emotional tone, and production goals.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required upfront or according to the specific terms agreed upon before the start of the project. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other secure platforms. All payments must be made in the currency specified in the invoice.
4. Intellectual Property
All music compositions delivered by Score Maverick are original and custom-made. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the music in accordance with the agreed terms (e.g., media, territory, duration). Unless otherwise stated in writing, Score Maverick retains the right to showcase the work in non-commercial uses such as portfolios, reels, and promotional materials.
5. Revisions and Approvals
A set number of revisions is included in each project and will be defined in the proposal or agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Final client approval is required before a project is considered complete and ready for delivery.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of the work, refunds are generally not provided once the project has begun. If the client wishes to cancel after receiving the initial draft, a partial refund may be considered based on the amount of work completed. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
7. Advertising and Platform Compliance
Score Maverick complies with all relevant platform policies, including Meta’s advertising and content guidelines. Any promotional content produced by or in collaboration with Score Maverick will adhere to these standards.

9. Limitation of Liability
